1. 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding any shipping charges).
2. Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Only items purchased directly from himalayanorganics.co.uk are eligible. For third‑party purchases, please contact the retailer directly.
- Used or opened products may still be returned; however, a small restocking fee (15%) may apply if the product is not in its original sealed condition.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, and we will cover all return shipping charges. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to speed up the process.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been fully consumed or significantly altered. Gift cards and promotional items are also non‑returnable.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different weight or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order for the desired product. We will process the exchange without any additional restocking fee.
